Legacy Canvases Not Switching Playlists, Only Newer Canvas Works Properly

Associated Products are MC227 (which doesn’t show up in the product search list, ugh) and MC327. Here we go again — I don’t know if there was a recent software update or not, but something between my three canvases has become broken once more.

My two legacy MC227 pre-Netgear-takeover canvases will no longer allow me to switch to playlists I want to send to them, nor will they allow me to send single images to them other than the ‘preview’ function which works normally. The single newer post-Netgear-takeover canvas I own (which I beta-tested pre-production and was allowed to keep) works completely without issue, accepting new sent playlists and new sent images.

This implies that, if there was in fact a recent software update (which I have no way of easily determining), that whoever coded it forgot to include functionality for the legacy canvases again (which is what seemed to be the problem with the last time many of us legacy canvas owners could no longer get our MC227s online for several weeks).

All three of my canvases are online this time, but the older MC227s will not accept new images or playlists while the newer MC327 does. My account is not out of upload space, either, and has plenty of room left for new images so that isn’t the problem.

Netgear … Come on, now. Knock it off and fix this, please.
