MC321BL - Brand New Won't Power On

Just installed our brand new Meural Canvas II and it does not turn on pas the boot screen. Called support and they leys transfering me and it seems I have a defective unit? I spent hundards on this and its not working on day one. This is so disapointing.

I got it today and same thing.  After multiple restarts, it finally stayed on.  Now after an hour of use, shut down.  Multiple retry attempts and it is finally running now.
