I purchased a Meural Canvas in December 2017 and it had worked fine until a few weeks ago. We had recently upgraded our wifi router and when we tried to "swipe" the screen to get to the set up screen to connect the new router, nothing worked on the screen. After several attempts with customer service, they said they were unable to help, and now we have a Canvas that does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to reactivate the swipe feature. We have reset the device multiple times with no success.
