Meural Canvas II, Dark spot and Flickering

Question

A dark spot appears after waking. Started after about 4 days of use. A new issue happened this morning, the Canvas II started flickering on and off about every 5 seconds. System not allowing photo post from iOS.

Followup to the video.&nbsp; A full power cycle does not solve the issue as it did with the dark spot that was the original issue before the flickering started.

I have the same problem but now it is almost the entire screen that flickers and goes dark. &nbsp;Once every couple of weeks the images are fine for like 1/2 a day.&nbsp;I know it is out of warranty but was hoping for more support from Netgear. &nbsp;It is an expensive product to just stop working after a couple of years.&nbsp;Have you been in touch with customer support? &nbsp;From reading other posts it doesn’t sound like they’ve been much help. &nbsp;😞&nbsp;netgear&nbsp;
