Meural Canvas II Freezing or Info menu pops up

Hi,

I just got the Meural II 27", love it so far but I noticed that it has freezed 2 times already, with pulling the power code being the only option. 

Also, the 'info' menu sometimes randomly pops up.

Is this a faulty unit? Or are these software or sensor issues?
