Meural Canvas II storage
I have 3 Meural canvas II's and have added images to all 3. Do the images actually get stored in the device or just on the cloud? In other words, if I turn off the wifi in my home, will the canvas ...
Hello all,
I have just received and set up Canvas II and only now am reading somewhat alarmingly the issues relating to not being able to control displaying images on an SD card to the canvas. Has anyone actually been able to get the Canvas to display just SD card stored images?
It is scarey to think that after spending nearly a thousand euros for the 27inch version that one is being forced to purchase images from the galleries. I do a lot of photography and image editing, with some Astrophotography, so I am quite happy to observe my own images. Occasional Masterpieces (apart from my own!) are of course always nice but dont want my arm twisted to avail of that all the time.
Would appreciate any help at all :-)

I have copied images to an SD card and then inserted the SD card into the card reader on the Meural. The device displays the images from the SD card. I dont use the netgear cloud as I found the interface very difficult and slow. I have never viewed any of the netgear provided images, only my own, from my SD card.
