Meural Canvas II switches between playlist and "recents"?

I have 3 playlists at the moment that I have created. I have selected on the app for the playlists to play one after the other. However, the Canvas plays the first playlist (the most recent one added) and when it is done, it begins to play "recents". I assume "recents" is the photos I have recently added, but it is not a playlist that I have created. How can I make "recents" go away so the Canvas will just play through my playlists as instructed. These are all photos that I have added, not pieces of art.

I have exactly the same question. Additionally, some of the files are OK on the web but are showing with a broken image in the Meural and it’s driving me nuts.
