Meural Canvas connection issues
I tried following the steps for connecting to a new Wi-Fi but it didn't work. After trying a couple of other things I now can't even connect to the canvas. It asks for a password. Can I just reboot to default settings and start over or will I lose to much information? This was an Anniversary gift from my wife so I could put my pictures on our wall. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

You can do a factory reset on your canvas, and then rerun the setup and connect it to the same account. You can find the instructions on how to factory reset your canvas at:
