I'm sorry to hear you are still experiencing an issue with your Meural frame. If you haven't done so already, please power cycle it and let me know if the issue persists.

I almost can’t believe it. Both of my MC227 canvases are back online after the pushed 2.09 update when I restarted them. I’m grateful Netgear chose not to abandon us to the four winds indefinitely.

Anyone who is still experiencing offline issues here, please try the following
Power your canvas OFF and then ON to power cycle it.
After a few minutes, if your canvas still appears offline, check the below:
Confirm that your canvas is connected to the Internet. Swipe down on the canvas, and under 'Device info' a properly connected canvas will appear connected to a WiFi SSID and have a valid IP address. If either of these are not true, you can try Restarting WiFi, or, via the app you can try 'ADD NEW MEURAL' and re-add your canvas to walk through the WiFi setup again.
If the canvas is connected to the Internet, but it still appears offline from the mobile app or web, you can also try using the 'ADD NEW MEURAL' option to re-add your canvas to see if that helps.
