Anybody have problems with getting the the sleep mode on the on/off button or in the scheduler to work? I can get the unit to shut down with the on/off button, but can't get it to go into sleep mode. Any ideas?
As long as your canvas is online, you should be able to just hit the sleep icon in the app to put it to sleep. One thing you should check is that your canvas is running the latest software, which you can find under Canvas Details and software.
If you are still having problems you should contact Meural Support ,and they will be happy to look into this issue with you.
I had the same issue with sleep mode. I could not seem to wake the canvas with the power button until I upgraded to the latest firmware. Firmware revision: 2.1.9
