a little frustrated Meural2 MC327 and membership

Bought this 11/29 and gave as a gift to my husband.

When I bought it, I also bought a membership.

 

3 phone calls and several emails... I have interacted with about 10 different technicians and still have no resolution.

 

We both are in an app... He thought he registered the serial number in his NG acct...but there isnt anything there because its apparently STILL linked to MY ACCOUNT.

 

The last interaction with the technician was to have some higher-level connect the membership in my name/email to transfer to his email/name.

 

NOPE.

and...both of us have 3.6GB listed as our current storage.  What happened to the 20GB promised?

 

and why are some of the museum playlists asking me to become a member??  HELP??

I had a case number but nothing seems to be happening except taking all my info then passing me to someone else in the next department. repeat that.
