display proportions

I am having huge issues with the proportion sizes displayed on the meural from photographs

The meural seems to resize images received and loses edge detail and I have tried resizing to no success.

What is the default image size that will NOT result in the meural resizing?

Hi Tussock,

I understand that you are having issues with resizing the photographs for your Meural Canvas. Using the default image size should result in the optimal image quality for your Meural Canvas. 

The default image size for the Meural Canvas is:

• For vertical images: 9:16 ratio, cropped to fit 1080 x 1920
• For horizontal images: 16:9 ratio, cropped to fit 1920 x 1080
