Double Charged for Router Purchase on 05/26/2020

Hi!  I purchased a router on the Netgear online store yesterday.  I was alerted by my bank that Netgear charged my account 2x and I now have 2 transactions pending.  Both transactions were close to 500.00 which has now been deducted from my available balance.  I can't seem to get any response from the Netgear Customer Service area and would like one of the charges to be removed/refunded.  Anyone else had this issue and where do I go from here?

You have to contact Netgear. This is the community forum where members of the public help out. 

Maybe a moderator can help.
