Meural site not accepting CC payments for Membership renewal
I've been getting notices to renew my Meural membership for a couple of weeks now and I've tried to make payments on three devices (iPad, Android phone and Windows 10 PC) using two different CC (MC and Visa) without success and now my Membership is CANCELLED!
I've set up TWO cases with Netgear and have had no less than FOUR phone calls, trying desperately to give you my payment. Every time I put in my CC info and click "Save," I get a new page that says "System Unavailable (1590)"
I only get automated responses and NEVER get anyone who can accept and process a credit card payment for $49.95. I've spent hours trying to get this fixed and am looking for some sort of support that is worthy of the term!

Same problem here. Netgear does not make it easy to actually talk to someone who can help. Adding to your message in hopes if they get enough feedback on the same problem they will address it.

I recently bought a meural Canvas II and I want to subscribe an annual Membership.
Whithout it, the canvas has no great interest (849 euros!!!)
I have the same problem to pay in euro from France.

I was fighting with Netgear since November about this.
Since two days, the Credit Card issue seems to be solved.

Thanks again for the comment and update regarding that frustrating credit card entry issue for our international customers. I am glad to hear it was resolved and seems to be working fine. We have not heard any other complaints but if there are issues going forward please feel free to contact us immediately.
I apologize again for how long this took to get a resolution. I was a vocal advocate for our customers and was told a fix would be issued soon but that these things take time. Again, I am sorry for any frustration or disappointment this may have caused you or anyone else.

I had the same problem. It's taken me 18 months to get it working (it randomly started again) and in return I notice that membership had increased from $50 to $79 a year. Nice one Netgear!
