Well, thank you for your response. I think it's better later than never.
I did reset, factory reset and well, nothing as I said before.
But at the end [not] thanks to your poor customer service (that was blaming my provider after transfer my calls 5 times) or this abandoned forum I end up taking the unity back as it was clearly faulty. The new unity came working fine and the days are counting normal, without I ever bothering my provider.
