762s hotspot is undocked to AirCard Smart Cradle DC112A

i have been using my NETGEAR hotspot 762s and 760s to my AirCard Smart Cradle DC112A for the last 6 months flawlessly, only today morning my hub cant detect both hotspots i tried.
the hub is continuously charging the hotspots and i also can get the signal through the attached external antenna.. but the WiFi icon will never change to the docking icon.
i changed the setting to power user, i updated the hub and the hotspots to the latest firmwares but no success
any help is much appreciated

sorry .. its AirCard Hub.. the one compatible with 762s .. not DC112A, sorry

I would try to factory reset the hub see if that fixes the issue.
