781s Freezing after a few hours
I'm using the Unite Pro 781S for home internet so I have it set to never go into standby mode but it seems to continue to stop working after a few hours and requires a reboot to begin functioning again even though I still show 4glte service. Any idea why this would be happening? It's very frustrating. Had I known this would be an issue I probably would have gone with Verizon's Jet pack instead.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill

Re: 781s Freezing after a few hours
Hello up2itnow
Do you have the wifi profile set to default? to check this go to the WiFi tab then click options and a drop down should be beside wifi profiles try to change this to custom then make sure standby is off again and save the profile. I read in the user manual that if on default it could still standby. Hope to hear your feedback.

Re: 781s Freezing after a few hours
I did that change when I set it up and it still would freeze.
Oddly what did get it to stop was turning on the dual band. Not sure why that would make a difference but it did. The thing has not shut down since.
Thank you for your help though.
Cheers,
Bill
