Hi Ukeee,
Thank you for responding. Please reset the unit one more time and try again. Where did you purchase the unit?

Blanca

Re: AC810s Firmware Upgrade not working
Hi Ukeee,
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
As I understand, you are unable to update the firmware. May I ask for the following information:
- What Internet browser (and version) did you use to open the device page?
- Have you tried to use another computer/device to upgrade the firmware?
- Have you tried to use another Internet browser?
- Have you tried to reset the device?
Please make sure that you have good signal when you update the firmware.
Regards,
Blanca

Re: AC810s Firmware Upgrade not working
- What Internet browser (and version) did you use to open the device page?
I've used Microsoft Edge (42.17134.1.0) and Mozilla Firefox (61.0b11)
- Have you tried to use another computer/device to upgrade the firmware?
I have tried to use the Netgear app on my iPhone and it still would not update the firmware version
- Have you tried to use another Internet browser?
Yes as mentioned above
- Have you tried to reset the device?
Do you mean to reset it back to default factory settings? Yes I did initially do a factory reset when I first got the AC810s.
