After unwanted update firmware my modem not boot completely again
Hi,
Today my modem starts updating proces, I was surprised of it. It begun with progress bar and after completion it rebooted and screen continously switch off and on at every 2 or 3 seconds and it not boot completely. Now my modem is useless.
I want to ask you? Is there any possibility to use TFTP client to upload firmware? I don't found any in the internet and I don't have any copy my old firmware.
Please help me I don't know what I should do with this problem.

Re: After unwanted update firmware my modem not boot completely again
Greetings,
If the model intormation you provided in your sig is correct, this is your product:
AirCard 785S (Telstra) | Product | Support | NETGEAR
I do not see any FW updates or downloads avaialble, so the one you got must have come from cellular provider. I'd contact your service provider or the place of purchase.
More information might be avable in the mobile routers, hotspots and modems section, which is applicable to your product:
Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems - NETGEAR Communities
