AirCard 313U on MacOS Sierra

I've been happily using the AT&T branded AirCard 313U on MacOS X with my AT&T account. I upgraded yesterday to MacOS Sierra, and the card is no longer working. I've re-installed the AT&T AllAccess app from http://www.att.com/att/allaccess/en/index.html and rebooted, but it's still not working. The AT&T app does not detect the AirCard that is connected to my USB port. I've tried switching to a different USB port. In MacOS settings, I'm able to see the devices connected over USB, and it appears that the OS is correctly detecting the card.
Any help?

Hello discochicken
Try to use the Netgear watcher program you may even want to close out the ATT software to see if it will detect the 313U.

Re: AirCard 313U on MacOS Sierra
more details on what I'm seeing in MacOS settings : I launch System Information, under hardware, under USB, under the USB 3.0 Bus, I see "AirCard 313U" listed, with the Manufacturer of "Sierra Wireless, Incorporated" and other values that appear to be sane.
