AirCard 797 Mobile Hotspot

Hi everyone, we started using the AirCard 797 since a few months and experience major connection problems. As a retailer our card terminal and our iPad is connected through this device but it seems like it can't handle it. So the hardware providers tell me. Although the Wifi signal strength is always to the max, it connects extremely slow or not at all. Or everything works just fine like nothing happened. Any advices are much appreciated.
