Aircard 810s / cradle dc112a issues
Hi,
Seems like a common problem, but can't see a solution. Aircard works fine by itself, when docked all lights green, genie says internet signal good. But can't load web pages etc. Have tried factory reset. No change. Please help.

Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Kindly access DC112A Settings page > go to Advanced TAB. Is there an IP address under Internet Port?
Please check if the computer/device has a valid IP address.
Can you ping a website?

Hi Bianca,
Please see screen shots below. Have updated firmware and was working, but slow . Needed to move router , stopped working again.
