Can not connect to router via Nighthawk Genie on Windows 10..
Awesome router...my download speeds have really increased. For some reason I can't connect to the router (M1) via my PC running Win 10. Logon just results in the spinning icon. Can log on with my android phone...
help and thanks!

Have you tried with Netgear Mobile App? That is the one for M1

Just noticed you are on Windows 10, then you need to login to M1 with its IP address, Nighthawk Genie is not for M1 anyway.

Yeah, can login via the android phone, but wanted to be able to access same info with my laptop. The Genie program does look a little dated. Will go another direction...thanks William!
