Can't Remote connect to Nighthawk M1

Hi

Can't remote connect to Nighthawk M1 on Telstra network

The router advanced settings support Port Forwarding, which I have set up 

But cannot conntect remotely either to current IP address, or via DDNS server (updates for DDNS server running off connected PC at 5 min intervals)

Please help 🙂

Can you ping the IP address or the DDNS server?

No I can’t ping either the ddns or the IP Address
