Re: Data not tracking on m1 again

@Navyfriend21  Can you provide the exact model of the M1 for which you have?  Under the battery will show the Netgear SKU MR1100-xxxxxx .  Different models have different firmware and different data usage.

The models SKU you reference were not complete, I was expecting something like

MR1100-2A1NAS or MR1100-100NAS or ??  There are like 8 different varriants around the world.

Thanks for the SKU information. These are both AT&T versions of the Nighthawk LTE.  AT&T has changed their Data Usage support for hotspots.  Previosly, the hotspot would check in with AT&T billing to sync up the data usage once every 24 hours.  As of about April 2021, this is no longer supported, as AT&T no longer support the hotspots ability to sync the data usage with the billing server.  In the latest AT&T Nighthawk LTE firmware (Version:NTG9X50C_12.06.39.00) released in June, the data usage moved to a device estimate and no longer sync's with AT&T billing service.  With the data usage device estimate you can configure your bill plan limits, billing cycle start and alert at plan usage thresholds.  However, this is a device estamate and you much check with your myATT account for actual data usage.

Any further questions can be directed to AT&T Support about the Data Usage support going forward for the hotspot devices.
