General question about 4G Routers

Hi,

Does anybody have an knowledge around the comparison between mobile phone 4G speeds and 4G router speeds?

I ask because my mobile is obtaining between 60-70mbps download, however I tried a couple of 4G routers and the speed was much reduced (around 20-23mbps). Using the phone as a hotspot seems to have the same issue, although the speed was slightly quicker.
