IMEI SV: 2
Hi, sometimes when I charge the Nighthawk Netgear modem device instead of there being the standard "lightening bolt" to indicate a succesful charge it shows 3 "chevrons" and does not charge at all - what does this mean? I have asked my ISP and they have referred me to the user guide but I have searched through the user guide and can not find any reference to this issue - are you able to help?

Re: IMEI SV: 2
Do you mean the icon like this?
The icon means that your battery temperature is over 45 degrees and charging will be slower or stopped based on the battery voltage when this happens. This is to prevent the battery from over heated.
Thanks
