Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Kindly disconnect the Linksys router and the LB1120. Then wired a computer to the LB1120 so we can check if it has Internet access.
Also, the five LED bars indicate the signal strength of the mobile broadband service that the modem is connected to. Five green bars indicate the strongest signal. One green bar (that is, the shortest bar) indicates the weakest signal. Please position the LB1120 where it can receive a strong 4G LTE signal.
