I purchased an LB1120 and an AT&T sim card. When I turn it on, I get a flashing amber light and the third bar is lit green. The first two bars are not lit. I can't connect using the IP address either. I noticed the sim card only had six connetors but the device has eight. Is that correct? Am I doing something wrong or is the unit defective?

Hi @dgs331
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
LED status indicates that it is something to do with the SIM Card. You may need to install or re-install the Micro SIM Card.
