LM1200 green light no internet

I have my LM1200 connected to a tp-link wireless router and I had internet for maybe 2 hours then it said no internet but my devices are connected. My modem and routers lights are green and showing everything is working I have factory reset everything several of times and unplugged everything and left it alone for a while then tried again and its still the same I have went onto the settings on both devices and I can not figure out what happened I just bought these yesterday and I'm very disappointed it's already not working.

I am also having the same problem. Using straight talk sim card inside modem. Worked great for a week and then unplugged to move to a different location in my home and exact same problem as described. Please help!

Re: LM1200 green light no internet

Has there been a resolution to this? I have experienced the same problem.  I had internet for only a few minutes.  Ran a speed test and it completed the download portion, and died somewhere in the upload.  Unable get any internet ever since.  Factory reset with no success.

The modem still reports as connected.  In fact, it successfully text me a low data warning.  I have tried both router mode (directly connected to my PC) and bridge mode (through my home router) and both fail to provide internet.  The modem is able to check for new firmware successfully. So it sure seems like LTE connection is fine and that the problem lies in actually converting it to an ethernet connection.

Re: LM1200 green light no internet

To resolve the connection issue, please log in to WebUI and check the APN setting. If there are multiple APNs associated with your SIM card, please select the radio button in front of the APN that matches with your SIM card.

Then wait for data connection is set up again and WebUI is reloaded. Log in to WebUi to check the data connection again.

Thanks

Could you please advise which carriers SIM you are using with LM1200?

Thanks

Re: LM1200 green light no internet

Set LM1200 up with tp link router 2 days ago. Worked perfectly. Now no internet. All lights are green and router says it’s connected but still no internet. I see this is a common issue, was wondering what the fix has been for everyone

Re: LM1200 green light no internet

We have improved the connection stability in the new releases. Please wait for the official FW upgrade with 2-port feature support by the end of Aug.

Thanks

Re: LM1200 green light no internet

I ended up switching MVNOs to resolve.  Tello working great for me.  FreedomPop caused this issue for me.
