MR5100 Charging issues

I have a MR5100 Nighthawk 5G hotspot. 90% of the time it's in my truck and then moved into my shop when I go there roughly 2 days a week. The unit is never charged even though it stays plugged in while in my truck. So a couple days ago I moved it into my house plugged into the wall and left it there. When I went to grab it this morning it was off and when I turned it on the battery was at 25% even though it was plugged in and at some point powered off assuming because no devices were connected to it. Anyone know of a fix for this?

Hi @MCSEDanny
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
May we please know the device SKU? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.
What is the firmware version?
Are you using the AC adapter and USB cable that came with the unit?
This link may help you out: https://kb.netgear.com/000061533/
