MR5200-100EUS firmware NTGX55_12.04.12.00
Hello,
Where can I download firmware NTGX55_12.04.12.00 for my MR5200-100EUS? I am currently on NTGX55_12.04.10.01, and the Check for updates just hangs whenever I try to run it. From what I read on the community posts NTGX55_12.04.12.00 solves a lot of issues with the device.

Hi @Radiocooke
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Who is your Internet Provider? It may be that the ISP is blocking the update. Do you have another SIM Card that you can try?
If none, please enable data offloading then try again updating the firmware.
Regards,
Blanca

Re: MR5200-100EUS firmware NTGX55_12.04.12.00
My provider is AT&T. I can try enabling offloading and see if that works. I assumed Netgear would just have the file available for download somewhere though. Is that not the case?

MR5200-100NAS and I bought it from the Netgear Website.

Re: MR5200-100EUS firmware NTGX55_12.04.12.00
Any update on firmware files, the lack of providing an easy way to update this device is ridiculous. I have a 100NAS model that somehow now has EUS software on it and I cannot connect to any cellular network. wtf is an understatement at this point

Re: MR5200-100EUS firmware NTGX55_12.04.12.00
What a disappointment netgear has been with this so far. Everything was working great for me until the device updated the firmware and now i'm stuck unable to connect to anything.
