Nighthawk M6 Pro Unlocked Hotspot 5G mmWave

Netgear says the M5200 works with T-Mobile 5G, but the spec sheet does not show any long wave bands.

1: is that the case?

2: someone in a mm wave location is not likely to need a hotspot

what gives?
