MR6500 randomly disconnects devices
I have a new MR6500 on the AT&T network and have been having WIFI connectivity issues. (my devices connecting to the hotspot)
Devices keep randomly disconnecting from the hotspot. I have to reboot the hotspot for the device to successfully reconnect. Incredibly annoying. This happens at least once per day.
I first was using balanced power mode with the battery installed and figured that may be the issue. I removed the battery to use AC power mode but it still happens.
Any ideas?

Re: MR6500 randomly disconnects devices
Hi @mikevamp
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR6500-1A1NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.
What is the firmware version?
Have you tried factory resetting the device?
How many devices usually connect to the network?
Regards,
Blanca

Re: MR6500 randomly disconnects devices
FYI I rebooted the mobile router from the web interface and all of the devices reconnected automatically.
