I need help. I received a new MR1100 hotspot. I can not connect to Orbi Router via Ethernet cable. How can I do it?

Do you have the MR1100 in passthrough mode? 
Or the orbi in access point mode? 

Otherwise you're running 2 routers on the network in router mode and are running a double nat.
