Mr2100 HAS NO WIFI
My Mr2100 Router won't find wifi. Has a red cross on the wifi button.
Have tried restarting and a factory reset, still the same.
Will connect to computer with ethernet cable but no wifi on cellular devices or smart tv.
Firmware is up to date.
Has never had a cross on the wifi before and have been using for over a year with.

Re: Mr2100 HAS NO WIFI
Hi SHANELLI,
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-1TLAUS) and firmware version?
Have you tried to access the Web UI and enable WiFi? If so, what happen?
Kindly check if you have set WiFi Standby to Disabled.
Regards,
Blanca

Re: Mr2100 HAS NO WIFI
Thanks so much.
Did all the above.
Have since sent in and seems to be a hardware issue.
Have a replacement.
Cheers
