This is correct. SA is not supported in the official releases.

How can it be called 5G routing if it does not support 5GSA? In addition, the Qualcomm X55 chip supports SA mode, and Netgear does not support SA. This is Netgear’s responsibility

In my understanding SA mode can be enabled with certain command without firmware update.It can de done, but that's behind security layer, I think.
