Hi Steve,

Ac810 Receiver today an new Firmware Update NTG9X40c_11.14.08.19 Date 2017/03/20 and it has no Effect in The Situation... The Air Cradle DC112 ist still Not connected to Internet in The Ethernet Ports...

any further solution?

I can confirm AC810-100EUS (NTG9X40C_11.14.08.19) with DC112A-100EUS (V1.0.0.18_1.0.60) work very well together.

  I tried it again... reset to default values of The AC810 and power off of The cradle... dont work Form eines... The AC 810 is still in stand alone Mode, no change of The Problem...

  I think we need an new Firmware for our Zain netgear cradle ...that ll solve the problem
