Netgear M1100

My MR1100 blue light is blinking twice instead in once. Can't figure it out! We have done a factory reset several times, rebooted it several times, and it's still blinking blue twice then a pause then blue twice over and over where it should be blinking only once blue. Any suggestions?

On the device LCD screen, please describe the signal strength and network type. 

May we please know the device SKU (MR1100-xxx) and firmware version?
