Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Please follow the steps below
1. Perform a factory reset
2. Connect a WiFi device to the M2 and run a speed test to make sure M2 is under good coverage and can get decent speed.
3. Log in to M2 WebUI to enable IP passthrough
5. Connect Ethernet cable from M2 Ethernet port to your router
6. Power on M2 then your router
