Good morning,

since weeks I'm struggeling with the update check on my nighthawk MR2100. The software update is being started but never comes to and end and stucks. As this is now going for weeks I would like to seek the support how to fix this in order to receive as well future updates

One further comment : The current version where I'm on is the NTGX24_10.16.03.00
