Hi adbeam
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Can you please confirm the device model number? We cannot find any information of the said model. If this unit is from At&T, you can this information from them.

Blanca

Re: Netgear [Sierra Wireless] 349u AT&T Beam Aircard
I am sorry I did not realize my typo error. It's a Sierra Wireless 340u Beam which was taken over by Netgear. And it's obtained thru AT&T. Any additional info needed please advise. Thanks don
