Hi Folks. Are there any plans to allow for remote WAN admin on a Nighthawk M1 MR1100? Presently it does not seem to support this, or DDNS for that matter. We are using remote IP cameras with this router via port forwarding which works great, but we're using the camera's own DDNS service and we can't login to the Nighthawk remotely. And we are using the telstra.extranet APN to give us this remote access for port forwarding to work.
Incidentally, in earlier firmware versions you could login remotely on port 80, but it would seem this was then closed in further firmware updates.
It's a great router but full remote access to monitor the unit and/or adjustments would be even better. And DDNS support too please!
Thanks.

Hi frankwarrell,
We are investigating internally on this feature. No ETA at this stage and no commitment to make it happen on this product.
Kind Regards,

Re: Nighthawk M1 MR1100 - Remote WAN Admin?
Ok thanks. Are there any other Netgear products which are Cat 16 LTE which support more industrial features like DDNS and remote admin?
Cheers.
