Nighthawk M1 mobile router not showing data usage
When will netgear release a new firmware update for Telstra Netgear Nighthawk M1 Mobile Router ?
I updated to the latest firmware NTG9x50C_12.06.02.00 which caused my device to not display data usage & keeps displaying “Detecting Service”.

Re: Nighthawk M1 mobile router not showing data usage
The fix for the broken Telstra data usage is coming soon. It is going through testing in Telstra.
Thanks

Re: Nighthawk M1 mobile router not showing data usage
Thanks John,
Sounds like Telstra is working on the problem but if we told telstra our mobile plan payment was coming soon, they would cut us off.
We're paying for a device that isn't working as intended.
How would telstra compensate there customers for their blunder ??

Same ongoing problem here. Don't think there will be any reimbursement offered at all.
