Nighthawk M1 stuck on "Detecting Service" and won't show any data usage
Can't seem to get my M1 router.
Firmware - NTG9x50C_12.06.08.00 to display data usage & it keeps displaying “Detecting Service”.
As far as I'm aware, there is no updated firmware. How can I get this thing working?

Hi Blanca, thanks for the reply.
Sure, the SKU is MR1100-1TLAUS
The Service Provider is Telstra .
No updates seem to be available for the device (I'm on 12.06.08.00) and I haven't been able to get it working with any restarts.

Hi @Ricdsk
Kindly get in touch with Telstra and verify if you have the right APN information and to check as well if device reached the billing server.
And when you say "restart", do you mean you factory reset the unit or you turn it off and on?
Please let me know what happen.
Regards,
Blanca
