Nighthawk M2 – Dropping WiFi network when running on main power
Hi,
I have a strange problem, that I hope you can help me solve.
When I am running MR2100 on main power, the WiFi network is dropped within a few minutes if it is idle, and the MR2100 starts blinking red. The WIFI can be re-activated by pressing the main button but I want it to just stay on.
‘WiFi standby’ and ‘Ethernet standby’ are both disabled.
Additional information:
- It does not make any difference whether the battery is installed or not
- WiFi is not dropped if any devices are connected
- This does not happen when MR2100 is running on battery

Re: Nighthawk M2 – Dropping WiFi network when running on main power
This is a known issue and has been fixed in our recent release.
We plan to release a new update in the next couple of weeks to fix the issue.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please standby.
Thanks
