Nighthawk MR1100
Purchased hot spot one year ago and never received manual or instructions. Have never been able to retrieve messages as site requests admin logon and will not let me in. Att store techs unable to helpx4. Online tech states I need to reactivate service to see site. Have never been able to get to site and don’t want to pay $99 for tech support if still unable to reach site. Techs could not get on site by phone either. Totally frustrated after 8 hrs working on problem.

For the ATT MR1100 -> Netgear Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router (MR1100) Support Search for "forgot" and find an article about "Forgot AT&T Wi-Fi Manager Log On" which is commonly requiring a factory reset -> Reset Device ... lack of the known login, using the alternate reset using the reset button (removing the back cover etc. is required) as starting from point #7.
Default URL, usernames (and passwords) can vary, depending on the OEM version. Default password is always on the label AFAIK.
