Serial Number Not being Accepted in Netgear Insight Portal
Hello,
I just updated my MR 1100 Nighthawk LTE Modem to NTG9X50C_12.06.39.00
I am trying to add it to my Insight Portal but it says Serial Not Compatible.
Looking for feedback/assistance. This is an AT&T CRU (Corporate Owned) Device.
Model: MR1100|Nighthawk M1 Mobile Router

While the Insight App can be used to register serial numbers with your Netgear account, it's unlikely your corporate owned device was not registered to the corporate Netgear account before already, isn't it?
Talking of the Netgear Insight portal - read integrating and managing the M1 from the Insight environment - should I have missed something here?
