Smart Cradle DC112A USB Port Performance
What is the maximum data transfer rate of the DC112A / USB port? E.g. aside from external limitations of the actual storage device or LAN etc.
Any real life examples of direct file transfers to/from USB storage over 1GB ethernet would be welcome.
Thanks

Re: Smart Cradle DC112A USB Port Performance
Hello Wombo24
It is a USB 2.0 so it could go up to 60 MBps.

Re: Smart Cradle DC112A USB Port Performance
Thanks Darren,
I understand the maxium theoretical physical external bus speed, the question is more if the cradle itself internally is capable of sustaining transfers at this speed? E.g. between ethernet and USB ports without any software constraints? (if there were no external device limitations)
The reason I ask is my current router severely constrains transfer to USB port so looking for something more useable for shared storage and having this all combined in the cradle for the 810s would be ideal.
