Unable to click apply button to any settings (Nighthawk M5)

Hi all.

I have a Nighthawk M5 and have an issue. The router was working fine in this regard up until my latest log in.

 

I am specifially wanting to change a cellular setting. However affer changing the setting (or any other for that matter), the apply button at the bottom remains red and unclickable. The Discard button next to it pops up with the "click link" hand as usual but not for the (red colour) apply button.

 

As well, the bottom bar that contains the discard and apply buttons appears immediately on login before I touch any settings. See attached. I have tried chrome, IE, edge and firefox to no avail as well as a reboot of course.

 

Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

May we please know the device SKU (e.g MR5100-xxxx)

What is the firmware version? 

Who is your Internet  provider?

I had this problem with 2 M1 that I own.

I did a reset and the problem solved .
